REVISIONS
Any changes requested after the sketch has been approved will be subject to revision fees before further progress on the commission.REFUND POLICY
•50% of the payment is non-refundable deposit.
•Up to 50% refund upon cancellation, depending on the progress of the commission.
•Refunds no longer applicable once sketch has been approved.COPY RIGHT and REPRODUCTION
The artist reserves the right to:•Include commissioned works in porfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets etc.
•Claim the commissioned artwork as their own workThe commissioner and other parties may not:•Reproduce commissioned artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts etc. without an agreement or contract.
•Use the commissioned artwork in any AI training, blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.All art produced is meant for PERSONAL USE only. Reproduction of this artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for Commercial purposes will make this artist very sad.
